“Thank you for the honor and recognition of employee of the month. It is a privilege to go to work each day and be involved in so many special events. As the “bus driver” I enjoy conversations with residents while transporting everyone to doctors appointments, stores, pharmacies, etc.

“In the last month alone, I have had the honor to host happy hours and deal blackjack for our casino night. I also enjoy all the wonderful outings the activity team plan for us. I am very grateful for the opportunity to work with an amazing team of professionals who are always looking to enhance the living experience for the residents.

“I love our residents! They are a unique group of sophisticated retirees who are very smart and lots of fun. It is a pleasure serving them. Never a day goes by where they do not amaze me with their passion and zest for life. And one of the best things of all… I get paid to provide these services.

“When I’m not working, I enjoy staying active. Trish and I play tennis, pickle ball, workout at the gym, and enjoy dancing. On the weekends, we enjoy exploring the town and eating out, while trying new cuisines. Trish and I are looking forward to celebrating our eighth-year anniversary.

“I have one son named E.J. who lives in Maui. Our latest member to join our family is a cat we named “Little Kitty,” who adopted us. One day after scaling the wall and landing on our patio, we found her in our living room!

“Thank you again for your friendship and this recognition.”
