The Pier offers Ventura Townehouse residents a beautiful new venue to dine, socialize, relax and visit with family and friends in an outdoor setting. Residents can enjoy three meals a day in the elegant space, and there will be special events during the holiday season, Father’s Day, Fourth of July, and others.
